The City of Snellville’s 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update 

The City of Snellville is in the final stages of developing its 2030 Comprehensive Plan.  A community’s Comprehensive Plan provides policy and planning guidance on the physical development and redevelopment of the area.  It addresses a range of issues: land use, economic development, housing, environmental protection, public facilities, and historic preservation.  It also guides city zoning decisions, which affects how properties within the City may be used and the types of uses that are allowed in residential and commercial areas.
