The “Core Team” is a committee comprised of representatives from key stakeholder groups. The purpose of the Core Team is to serve as a sounding board for the project and to help communicate the plan within the community. The Core Team will meet three times throughout the project process and Core Team members are also strongly encouraged to attend the three public meetings (a design charette, plan critique and open house) that are part of the community input process for the study.
