Welcome to the Conyers Activity Center Investment Policy Study, an Atlanta Regional Commission`s Livable Centers Initiative (LCI).  The activity center is located to the southwest of Olde Town and is bounded roughly by I-20 to the south, Hwy 138 to the east, the Olde Town Historic District to the north (south side of Green Street) and West Circle SW and Dogwood Drive SW on the west side.  The study area consists of a variety of residential and commercial land uses, with many underutilized parcels, and aging residential dwelling units and commercial structures. The proposed project offers tremendous possibilities for area neighborhoods, businesses, and the city.
