In order to better serve our clients, JJG is proactive in notifying the bidding community (contractors, sub-contractors, manufacturer representatives, self-represented manufacturers, and plan rooms) of projects when a project has been advertised or when an owner is conducting pre-qualification of bidders. JJG performs this notification by distributing courtesy copies of advertisements, based on a database that we maintain. For those who are already in our database, and would like to update your information, such as type of projects, geographic location, office moves, change in primary contact, please log in using your company's primary contact email address. If you have forgotten your password (assigned by us) or are unsure about who may be the primary contact, please select "Forgot Password" (which will open an email window) note your company name, send the email, and we will respond to the email with primary contact email address and password.
Please note the following as you complete the requested information:
- self-represented manufacturers should select "Manufacturer Reps" as their Company Type
- sub-contractors should select "Contractors" as their Company Type
- the "Desired Construction Amount" is for the entire construction cost, not any desired sub-contract amounts
