The Unified Development Ordinance is a very important policy document for the County.  The document regulates and controls future development and redevelopment.  Most importantly, the ordinance is basic tool for putting the community`s vision into practice.  The process of developing the UDO is based on County goals and priorities with a clear understanding of its ulimate benefits to the community.
